Privacy and security are priorities for Orchard 9 LLC, the operator of Jobber Capacity Dashboard. We collect and use information needed to provide, protect, and support the tool. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Information we use
We use account and company details, names and email addresses, access settings, and the authorized Jobber information needed for the dashboard: team members, jobs, visits, assignments, clients, and property details. We also store saved snapshots, connection credentials, and limited security and operational records. We do not need your Jobber password.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, isolate company data, display schedules and capacity, refresh Jobber data, send account-related emails, resolve support requests, and protect the service. We do not use connected business data to build advertising profiles.
Access and service providers
Authorized users in your company can access its dashboard information. We use hosting and email providers as needed to operate the service, and communicate with Jobber to fulfill authorized requests. These are operational disclosures, not sales or advertising sharing. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Essential session cookies support sign-in and security. Google Analytics is planned but is not currently installed. If introduced, it will be used for limited website-usage measurement, with appropriate notice and choices where required. Connected Jobber records, passwords, and authorization tokens will not be sent to analytics. We will update this policy before enabling it.
Security and retention
We use company-scoped access controls, password hashing, and encryption of stored Jobber authorization tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account information and saved data while needed to provide the service and meet security or legal obligations. Deletion from any backups may follow their retention cycle.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, or closure of your company account. We may verify your identity and authority, and retain limited records where required by law or for security. Company admins manage member access; Jobber source information is corrected in Jobber. You can revoke the integration through Jobber.
