Jobber Capacity Dashboard is operated by Orchard 9 LLC. These terms apply to your use of the website and application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account and access
Use the service only for a business you are authorized to represent. Keep your sign-in details secure. Company admins are responsible for invitations, user access, and configuration. Do not access another company’s data, misuse the service, or interfere with its security.
The service and Jobber
The dashboard provides read-only scheduling and capacity information from a connected Jobber account. It does not change Jobber records. Jobber is a separate service with its own terms and availability. You are responsible for authorizing the connection and ensuring you may use the information you provide.
Your data
You retain ownership of your business data. You authorize us to process the information needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Planning information
Capacity figures depend on your settings, assigned staff, and available source data. They are planning information, not a guarantee of staff availability. Check data freshness and verify important scheduling decisions in Jobber.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service useful and secure, but provide it as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Orchard 9 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your company account. You can revoke its connection through Jobber. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date and providing notice of material changes as appropriate.
