Double-booked Workers
The red warning card appears before other warnings. A worker is double-booked when assigned to overlapping timed visits, including committed/waitlisted overlaps.
Expand your review from the worker name to the indented visit links with start–end times. Follow a visit link to its card, then View in Jobber to correct the source schedule. The dashboard detects conflicts; it does not resolve them or deduct them from assigned totals.
Required capacity missing or Nobody assigned
Required capacity missing is the yellow warning for missing/zero numeric Job-field requirements. The effective requirement falls back to known assigned capacity. Correct the job field in Jobber and Refresh.
In marker mode, a visit with neither staff nor capacity appears under Jobs without assigned staff or capacity and has the red Nobody assigned label. Assign staff or the appropriate requirement marker in Jobber, then Refresh.
Unavailable/incompatible selected fields and invalid numbers are separate warnings. An unknown assignment contribution can prevent a reliable fallback or missing count.
Classification and time warnings
Capacity classification incomplete lists unclassified roster members; Admins can follow classification links. Unknown/unavailable assigned members are listed with their visits.
All-day visits, missing times, invalid times and incomplete scheduling eligibility each have their own warning card. Correct schedules in Jobber and definitions in this app, then Refresh.
If waitlist identification is unknown, visits appear in Visits requiring classification rather than being silently counted as committed. Treat partial totals as incomplete until the reasons are resolved.
